A SwitchOffer is a promise from the company that posts it.
SwitchOffer provides the workflow for publishing an offer, proving eligibility, reserving a claim, reviewing a completed switch, and recording a reward. SwitchOffer does not hold reward funds in the first release.
For companies
You must have authority to publish the campaign. Your offer must be accurate. You are responsible for the reward, eligibility rules, review decisions, taxes, legal compliance, and any promised migration service. Do not publish an offer you cannot honor.
For claimants
Submit only proof that is yours or that you are authorized to provide. Do not alter proof to misrepresent eligibility or a completed switch. A reservation can expire if you do not complete the required steps before its deadline.
No automatic payout
When a claim shows “rewarded,” the company has recorded an external payment, credit, discount, or other reward reference. SwitchOffer does not itself prove that money reached you.
Review and disputes
Companies review their own claims in the first release. SwitchOffer can suspend access or campaigns for abuse, fraud, security risk, or misleading offers.
Availability
Software can fail. We design the service to prevent duplicate reservations and common race conditions, but no online service can promise uninterrupted availability.
