Use the minimum proof needed.

SwitchOffer stores account data needed to run claims, prevent abuse, and keep an audit trail. Proof files are private. They are visible only to the claimant and authorized reviewers for the company that created the offer.

Proof files

Proof is stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. It is not published and is not used to train AI. Terminal-claim proof is scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Active claims keep their proof while review is still required.

What you should remove

Before upload, cover unrelated bank details, full card numbers, home addresses, tax identifiers, employee data, or any other information the reviewer does not need.

Account and security data

Passwords are stored only as salted password hashes. Session identifiers are stored as hashes. Security logs can include request metadata, campaign actions, review actions, and reward references. They do not include uploaded file contents.

Companies reviewing claims

The company that created an offer is an independent recipient of the proof you submit to that offer. Do not submit proof to a company you do not trust.

Deletion

The first release keeps the minimum data needed for fraud prevention and claim records. A self-service account deletion flow is not yet available. Do not use SwitchOffer for data you are not allowed to share.
